I guess the Repsol Honda S2k pleased the Repsol and Honda gods because, somehow, a Repsol CBR1000 managed to find its way to the local Honda dealer last week. As this is my dream bike and I have only seen it on TV (it's the bike of choice for Dr. House) and on Ebay, I picked it up as soon as I spotted it. 8-)

It's scary fast.

The automatic transmission in my truck went out over the weekend, and we were also very lucky to get a great deal on this:

I'll try and take some better pictures later as these were just from my iPhone.

Can you even fit in that Aenyn? I mean, isn't it to small for Americans?

Definatly needs some bad ass BBS rims though...

Also, what is a "good deal" in American prices for a Mini? Those things are expensive as hell here... And just about every American has an iPhone these days, amirite?

I'm 5'11" and 153lbs (69kg). I fit very comfortably.

This is an '03 standard Mini with just about all the options except for leather interior that had just under 50k miles on it. One prior owner in his late 50s, who used it as a weekend toy; and it was also a garage baby so the trim has no faded spots. After my disabled truck was traded, we stole this for just under $10,000 or around 7,000 Euros at today's exchange rate.

As for the planned build, I called a dealer in Kansas City and got pricing on the following John Cooper Works goodies: strut tower brace, rear spoiler, body kit (both bumpers and side skirt), tuning kit (exhaust, ECU, and intake), and sport suspension. I'm still trying to figure out how to stage the build because I almost have to do the body kit at the same time as the tuning kit because I want to try and convert the side exhaust to the center exhaust. I'll probably do those two big purchase first and then follow it up with rims, tower brace, suspension and spoiler.

Oh, and I think that only about 45% of Americans have iPhones because the other 45% use Blackberrys and the remaining population either cannot figure out how to use either one or cannot purchase one. :P

Wow, that bike is awesome! I love Hondas (see the avatar :D ). How many did they make?

I didn't know they make JCW upgrades for the standard Cooper. You should do all of the engine/handling stuff and none of the exterior kit, then you'll have a serious sleeper  .

I'm not sure how many of the Repsol trim they've made, but I think they've been making them on the street bikes for several years. I know the first time I saw one was in a House episode two or three seasons ago.

I have changed the cleanliness so far.

On a side note, Gnermo, with the introduction of SUVs into FM3, I might have both the Xterra and the Mini to play with! :D
