Hey all,

Just thought I would introduce myself and let you know how i got on with my first purchase.

I'd just got home from work and decided I wanted to up my game on FM2 so I hit the forums and everywhere I turn I see these SW2 lads and their tunes so I figure, "Hey lets give them a shot"

I find my way to the catalogue and pick out a car, the Lotus Exige being my car of choice. Shortly after placing my order it is there on the Auction House I snap it up but I have to go to bed early, important meeting in the morning. That day at work I'm bragging to my co-workers about my new car. 9 hours I spend bragging about how fast my new car is, telling them next time we race they won't see me for dust. Anyway, one thing lead to another and suddenly a wager is placed on a race that night, £10 each a pot of £40 for the winner.

I arrive home from work and realise what i have done, I just bet £10 I would wipe the floor with my co-workers in a car I haven't even driven. My stomach begins to tighten and hands start to shake. But wait! why am I worried these SW2 lads know what they're doing, and so i calm down and meet my friends in the lobby only now i'm not bragging as much.

Next thing I know we're at the line,

3,
2,
1,
GO!

The race begins and everyone flies from the start line, that is, everyone but me. Laughter is heard over the comms as my work mates discuss what they will be spending my money on once they win the race and my heart sinks. But I soldier on, I've got to give the car a chance. As I race, turn after turn, I realise there is something special about this car, no matter how fast I fly into a turn it always comes out the other side. Looking at my map I can't believe it, I'm already catching them up and they don't seem to have noticed.

By the end of the 1st lap I'm back with the pack and with every corner I am gaining more ground. This seemed to unnerve my colleagues as they tried to match my speeds round the corners and began to spin off or slam into each other. By the 3rd lap I was well in the lead and showed no signs of loosing any ground.

To cut my incredibly long story short, I won the race and used the money to buy a mini fridge so I don't need to leave my couch so often.

And as to what I think of my first SW2 purchase,

It is quite honestly the most fun car I have to drive, just picturing the faces of your rivals as you cruise past them is priceless. I can't wait to make my next purchase and if you are looking for a fun drive i can't recommend them enough.

Can't wait to see what you guys come up with next.
